(CAN) DURING B-CHECK SCHEDULED INSPECTION, FOUND STALL VANE STICKING TO THE AFT POSITION. DURING A FUTURE STALL, FLIGHT CREW COULD NOT BE WARNED OF THE STALL AND STICK PUSHER WOULD NOT OPERATE.
