What was found
(CAN) ON TAKEOFF LOW HORSEPOWER, HIGH FUEL FLOW, AND HIGH T.I.T. WERE OBSERVED. TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED PRIOR TO BRAKE RELEASE. MAINTENANCE FOUND SPEED SENSE VALVE NOT CLOSING 5TH AND 10TH STAGES. VALVE REPLACED.
