(CAN) DURING SCHEDULED 100HR INSPECTION, THE LT AFT FUEL VENT HOSE WAS FOUND WITH SURFACE CRACKS, AND MINOR LEAK WHEN PRESSURIZED. HOSE REPLACED AND SYSTEM LEAK CHECKED, NO FAULT FOUND.
