(CAN) DIVERSION, ACCOMPLISH QRH. RUDDER TRIM STUCK AT 2 O`CLOCK, DURING DESCENT, DIVERTED IAW CREW PROCEDURE AND COMPANY CONVENIENCE NORMAL LANDING, NO CONTROL ISSUES. NO EMERGENCY DECLARED. REPLACEMENT PANEL, WITH NEW SWITCH INSTALLED, NORMAL OPS.
