(CAN) OVERHAULED BOOST PUMP INSTALLED. DURING TESTING, FOUND PUMP INOPERATIVE, BLOWS THE FUSE. REMOVED PUMP AND BENCH TESTED ONLY TO FIND ITS SUFFERS FROM THE SAME PROBLEM IT WENT IN FOR. A SHORT TO GROUND. RETURNED TO O/H SHOP.
