What was found
(CAN) DURING FLIGHT, THE RUDDER TRIM FAILED AND MOVED UNCOMMANDED TO THE FULL LEFT POSITION, THERE WAS ASSOCIATED RUDDER MOVEMENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RUDDER TRIM ACTUATOR AND TESTED THE SYSTEM SERVICEABLE.
