(CAN) DURING AIRCRAFT ANNUAL INSPECTION OF STARTER/GENERATOR BRUSHES, AN INSULTATED WIRE WAS FOUND TO HAVE SHORTED TO A BRUSH LEAD AT THE POINT THE WIRE WAS ROUTED PAST THE CORNER OF THE BRUSH HOLDER.
