(CAN) DURING FLIGHT, PILOT REPORTED LANDING GEAR NOT EXTENDING, EMERGENCY EXTENSION CARRIED OUT SATISFACTORY. UPON INSPECTION FOUND HYDRAULIC LEAK AT NLG ACTUATOR, ACTUATOR INSPECTED AND FOUND O-RING UNSERVICEABLE, ACTUATOR SERVICED AND INSTALLED, GEAR SWING CARRIED OUT.
