What was found
(CAN) ACFT EXPERIENCED RT ENGINE SHUTDOWN AFTER TAKEOFF. A LOUD NOISE WAS HEARD FROM THE ENGINE BEFORE THE ENGINE SHUTDOWN. THE PILOT PROCEEDED TO LAND THE ACFT UNEVENTFULLY. POST FLIGHT INSPECTION REVEALED ALL PT BLADES DAMAGED.
