What was found
(CAN) DURING ARRIVAL INSPECTION, ONE OF THE MR PITCH CHANGE LINKS WAS FOUND TO HAVE BOTH THE UPPER & LOWER JAM NUTS LOOSE. THE UPPER NUT HAD THE REQUIRED SAFETY BUT NO TORQUE ON EITHER END OF THE LINK.
