(CAN) AFTER LANDING, FLIGHT CREW DURING WALK AROUND INSPECTION NOTICED THAT NR 3 TIRE WAS MISSING A STRIP OF RUBBER, APPROXIMATELY 18" LONG X 4" WIDE. TIRE PRESSURE WAS VERIFIED, AT HOME BASE THE SAME DAY.
