(CAN) FLIGHT CREW OBSERVED ILLUMINATION OF "PROP DEICE" CAUTION LIGHT. DUE TO WEATHER IN THE AREA, AN AIR TURN BACK WAS ACCOMPLISHED. TECHNICIANS REPLACED PROPELLER BRUSH BLOCK FOUND WORN AND STICKING. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE AFTER REPLACEMENT OF THE RH BRUSH BLOCK.
