(CAN) AFTER STOWING THRUST REVERSERS, FLIGHT CREW ATTEMPTED LT TURN TO EXIT RUNWAY. USED BRAKING AND ENGINE THRUST IAW QRH, DUE TO STEERING INOPERATIVE CAUTION MESSAGE POSTED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, WHEN LT AND RT ENGINES SUDDENLY SHUTDOWN.
