What was found
(CAN) DURING ENGINE OIL SERVICING, MAINTENANCE NOTICE THAT THE VENTURI ADAPTER FOR THE P3 BLEED AIR ON THE RT ENGINE WAS SPLIT OPEN. THE AFT INSULATION BLANKET WAS ALSO DAMAGED BY HEAT.
