(CAN) MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED GREASE/OIL ON THE NR 1 ENGINE COWL. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE NR 1 PROPELLER HUB WAS LEAKING. THE PROPELLER WAS REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSEQUENTLY RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
