(CAN) PILOTS REPORTED LT ENGINE DE-ICE LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITHOUT SYS SELECTION. SCAT TYPE HOSE CONNECTING ENGINE DE-ICE LINES ON LT (OTBD) AREA OF ENGINE FOUND RUPTURED, ALLOWING COMPRESSOR DISCHARGE AIR TO FLOW INTO ENGINE AREA UNDER COWLINGS.
