(CAN) IN FLIGHT AT FL45, THE CREW HEARD TWO COMPRESSOR STALLS FOLLOWED BY POWER ROLLBACK AND FLAMEOUT. NO OTHER DETAILS ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE AVAILABLE. INSPECTION FOUND PLASMA COATING DAMAGE INSIDE THE COMPRESSOR. ENGINE TO BE REMOVED.
