(CAN) SOUND DAMPENING INSULATION IN THE PILOTS SIDE FOOT WELL CAME DETACHED AND WAS INTERFERING WITH ELEVATOR OPERATION ON THE ELEVATOR TORQUE TUBE DURING CERTAIN PHASES OF FLIGHT. INSULATION WAS REINSTALLED AND RE SECURED. ELEVATOR OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
