(CAN) LOSS OF MAIN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE. NEITHER ENGINE DRIVEN PUMP WERE ABLE TO MAINTAIN SYSTEM PRESSURE. UPON INSPECTION, FOUND BOTH PUMPS TO HAVE LEAKAGE AT SHAFT SEAL CASE DRAINS.
