(CAN) DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, THE RT ENGINE TORQUE DID NOT INCREASE AS COMMANDED WHICH PROMPTED THE CREW TO ABORT THE TAKEOFF. TROUBLESHOOTING LED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE FUEL CONTROL UNIT.
