(CAN) ENGINE NR 2 THROTTLE JAMMED DUE TO A RUPTURE THRUST REVERSER AIR TUBE. THE SAME TUBE WAS INSTALLED ON SEPT 02, 2015 IN THE EXACT LOCATION FOR THE SAME REASON.
