(CAN) THE OPERATOR REPORTED THAT 4 TIMES OUT OF 5, THE ENGINE WILL NOT GO IN REVERSE. CYCLING THE CONTROLS HAD NO EFFECT. TROUBLESHOOTING IS ON-GOING WITH RIGGING TESTING AND PROPELLER GOVERNOR SWAP.
