(CAN) SWASHPLATE INNER RING (CYCLIC) LEFT HAND SPHERICAL BEARING FOUND MOVING IN HOUSING- STAKING WORN. THIS IS SECOND OCCURRENCE OF THIS BEARING MOVING FIRST OCCURRENCE AT 57.8 TSN. BEARING WAS REMOVED, BORE INSPECTED WITHIN LIMITS AND NEW BEARING INSTALLED.
