(CAN) PERFORMED AN AIR TURN BACK. THIS WAS DUE TO A HEADING DISAGREE INDICATION ON DEPARTURE. TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND THE LT ADIRU WAS AT FAULT. UNIT WAS REPLACED AND SYSTEM WAS CHECKED SERVICEABLE IAW AMM 34-21-01.
