(CAN) DURING FLIGHT ENGINE #2 HAD NO RESPONSE TO POWER LEVER MOVEMENT AND HIGH ITT. THE CREW ELECTED TO SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE AND DIVERT. THE LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL.
