(CAN) CUSTOMER REPORTED BURNT WIRES INSIDE THE DCPC. IT APPEAR TO BE FEEDER CABLES TO THE CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL ON THE DCCP. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. THEY WERE TROUBLESHOOTING AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. (TC# 20190815010)
