(CAN)DURING TOWING IT WAS NOTICED THAT THE PROP WOULD TURN IN ONE DIRECTION BUT NOT THE OTHER. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE STARTER AND FOUND THE CLUTCH SEIZED.
