(CAN)DURING CRUISE THE LIGHTING CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR THE THIRD CREWMAN'S PANEL TRIPPED, THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS RESET AND POPPED AGAIN. SYSTEM NOT RESET. CABIN RATE OF CLIMB INDICATOR HAD SHORTED, REPLACED.
