What was found
(CAN) FLYWEIGHTS JAMMED ON STOP PIN, WHICH SHEARED PIN. PIN AND FLYWEIGHTS WERE FOUND IN THE ENGINE OIL SUMP. THE ENGINE GEAR TRAIN WAS DAMAGED. THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO EXCESSIVE WEAR ON FLYWEIGHTS AND FLYWEIGHT AXLE.
