(CAN) PILOT NOTICED INCREASED NOISE FOLLOWED BY WINDOW AND SEAL DEPARTING AIRCRAFT. IT IS BELIEVED THAT WINDOW WAS PROBABLY INSTALLED FROM OUTSIDE OF DOOR INSTEAD OF FROM INSIDE DOOR FRAME.
