What was found
(CAN) PILOT EXPERIENCED A MOMENTARY JAMMED T/R PEDAL. INSPECTION FOUND THE CLAMP AT THE AFT SECTION OF THE EXHAUST STACK HAD DEPARTED CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE TAILBOOM, T/R ASSEMBLY, T/R SWASHPLATE AND T/R CONTROL ROD.
