What was found
(CAN) DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION A CRACK WAS FOUND ON THE RH ENGINE BETWEEN #2 AND #4 CYLINDERS, APPROXIMATELY 4" LONG PROPAGATING FROM THE #4 CYLINDER FLANGE. THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED.
