What was found
(CAN) THE MAGNETO DID NOT FUNCTION DURING GROUND RUN. THE MAGNETO WAS REPLACED. INSPECTION OF THE FAULTY MAGNETO REVEALED THE SLOTTED END OF THE ROTOR SHAFT BROKE NEAR THE SHOULDER.
