(CAN) DURING WALKAROUND #2 BRAKE SHOWED SIGNS OF METAL SHAVINGS. ALL BRAKE PADS WERE SHEARED OFF AND THE BRAKE SEIZED. SOLID RIVETS WERE USED. TIRE HAD FLAT SPOTS. BRAKE REPLACED.
