What was found
(CAN) OVERHAULED VACUUM PUMP INSTALLED AFTER VACUUM PUMP FAILURE. EIGHT HOURS LATER THE VACUUM PUMP SEIZED AND FAILED FOR NO APPARENT REASON. THIS IS THE SECOND "RAPCO" PUMP TO FAIL EARLY.
