(CAN) AIRCRAFT LANDED ON ICY RUNWAY WITH FROZEN BRAKES AND CAME TO A JARRING STOP WHEN CLEAR RUNWAY WAS ENCOUNTERED. INSPECTION FOUND THE RADII OF THE LEFT HAND DRAG LEG CRACKED.
