(CAN) THE SPINNER BACKPLATE WAS FOUND CRACKED ON INSPECTION. THE REPORT STATES THAT THIS IS THE THIRD BACKPLATE (IDENTICAL PART NUMBERS) THAT HAS CRACKED ON THIS ENGINE SINCE OCTOBER 9, 1996.
