(CAN) ON TAKEOFF ROLL THE #2 ENGINE LOST POWER AND SHUT ITSELF DOWN. THE TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED. INSPECTION FOUND THE TURBINE SECTION SEVERELY DAMAGED, CAUSE AS YET UNKNOWN.
