(CAN) FLAPS LOCKED, WING TIP BRAKES ON, WITH SYSTEM #2 FAULT. APPLIED WING BRAKE RESET PROCEDURES THROUGH CENTRALIZED FAULT DISPLAY SYSTEM THREE TIMES. ENGINES STARTED, HYDRAULIC PRESSURE 3000, WING TIP BRAKES RESET, SYSTEM CHECKED SERVICEABLE.
