What was found
(CAN) PISTON PIN PLUG IN NR2 CYLINDER CAME LOOSE AND CAUSED WEAR ON THE CYLINDER WALL. METAL WAS FOUND IN THE OIL FILTER. ALL CYLINDERS WERE REMOVED FOR INSPECTION.
