What was found
(CAN) ON DAILY INSPECTION THE UPPER FORWARD CYLINDER BASE STUD ON THE NR2 CYLINDER WAS FOUND SHEARED OFF. THE STUD WAS REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
