What was found
(CAN) DURING INSPECTION BOLTS ON THE COMPRESSOR TURBINE SHROUD ASSEMBLY HOUSING WERE FOUND DEFORMED WITH MATERIAL LOSS. INVESTIGATION FOUND THE BOLTS USED IN THIS INSTALLATION WERE THE WRONG PART.
