(CAN) DURING NORMAL START, THE NR 1 ENGINE FAILED TO IGNITE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT HAND IGNITION EXCITER AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS REPLEASED FOR SERVICE.
