What was found
(CAN) ON REPLACEMENT OF THE T/R GEARBOX, THE T/R CROSSHEAD HAD EXCESSIVE ROTATIONAL MOVEMENT. THE PIN USED TO LOCATE THE PITCH CHANGE ROD WITHIN THE OUTPUT SHAFT HAD NOT BEEN INSTALLED CORRECTLY THROUGH THE KEY WITHIN THE ROD.
