(CAN) AFTER AIRCRAFT HAD BEEN PARKED OUTSIDE ON RAMP FOR AFTERNOON WITH CONTROL LOCKS ON, CONTROL LOCKS COULD NOT BE SELECTED OFF. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE INNER CABLE HAD BULGED OUT OF ITS CASING AND JAMMED. PART TC: 3,035.
