(CAN) LATCH JAMMED ON CANOPY PLATE. CANOPY COULD NOT BE MOVED AFT AS IT WAS HOOKING ON THE PLATE. LATCH/LOCK IN THE OPEN POSITION. THIS WOULD STOP CANOPY EMERGENCY DEPLOYMENT.
