(CAN) SMOKE AND BURNING SMELL IN COCKPIT. AIRCRAFT LANDED. INSULATION BLANKET SURROUNDING THE STRIP HEATER P/N S5AIJI FOR THE BAR AND GALLEY WATER WASTE SYSTEM CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE HEATER AND MELTING THE EXTERIOR MATERIAL. CANADAIR ADVISED.
