(CAN) BOTH RUDDER BELLCRANK BRACKETS REPLACED AT STA 209 ON THE REAR BULKHEAD. PARTS WERE CRACKED THROUGH THE UPPER BOLT HOLES WHERE THEY ARE BOLTED ONTO BULKHEAD.
