(CAN) ONE FASTENER IN THE FORWARD MAIN SPAR CAP UPPER SKIN FITTING WAS FOUND SHEARED. INITIAL ALERT WAS A PROTRUDING FASTENER. IT HAD FAILED APPROXIMATELY .3750 INCH BELOW THE HEAD.
