(CAN) PILOT REPORTED THAT AFTER GEAR SELECTED DOWN ,THE NR 1 UTILITY SYSTEM FLUID AND PRESSURE DEPLETED. ALTERNATE EXTENSION CARRIED OUT AND AIRCRAFT LANDED OK. FOUND NLG DOOR ACTUATOR CRACKED AND LEAKING FLUID. REPLACED.
